五、進(jìn)口膜盒式疏水閥工作原理：

熱靜力型膜盒式蒸汽疏水閥的主要?jiǎng)幼髟墙饘倌ず?，?nèi)充一種氣化溫度比水的飽和溫度低的液體。裝置剛起動(dòng)時(shí)，管道出現(xiàn)低溫冷凝水，膜盒內(nèi)的液體處于冷凝狀態(tài)，閥門處于開啟位置。當(dāng)冷凝水溫度漸漸升高，膜盒內(nèi)充液開始蒸發(fā)，膜盒內(nèi)壓力上升，膜片帶動(dòng)閥心向關(guān)閉方向移動(dòng)，在冷凝水達(dá)到飽和溫度之前，疏水閥完全關(guān)閉，膜盒隨蒸汽溫度變化控制閥門開關(guān)，起到阻汽排水作用。有開溫度低于飽和溫度 15 ℃ 和 30 ℃ 兩種膜盒供選擇。
